 Renee adds an amazing enthusiasm, an incredible intensity and infectious energy to every class she teaches! Her diverse fitness background allows her to incorporate various formats into her instruction for the perfectly balanced and always challenging workout! You can catch her on the schedule regularly Mondays at 9:45 for FIGHT CLUB, and rotating Saturday HUSTLE and Sunday TORCH! Renee grew up in Sampson County (the largest producer of hay and turkeys in NC!). And she is now married to Michael and they share a son, a daughter and a pup named Bella! She holds a BS in Dance from East Carolina University. In 2000, Renee was crowned Miss Fitness America Raleigh and was a National Sport Aerobic Competitor! Renee has been teaching for 21 years and has worked with a wide array of fitness populations including cancer survivors, cardiac rehab, seniors, prenatal, children and athletes.
