•Chia & Hemp Bowl•
3 tbsp • Chia Seeds.
1/2 cup • Almond Milk.
1 tbsp • Hemp Seeds.
A handful • Blueberries (or your favorite fruit).
A dash • Cinnamon.
1 tsp • Maple Syrup or Honey.
Combine Chia Seeds & Almond Milk in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the Chia Seeds to absorb the Almond Milk.
Toss in the rest of the ingredients.
