HUSTLE
HUSTLE is our signature class incorporating timed intervals of treadmill sprints with TRX, cardio & strength drills. This high intensity interval training will push you to the next level in your fitness journey. Cardiovascular endurance is challenged through hill sprints and tabata while TRX bodyweight exercises sculpt & define large and small muscle groups. *Noon classes are 45 minutes. |
FORCE
FORCE is all about Functional Training. Force will expose you to various fitness equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, sand bags, TRX, etc as well as help you achieve proper form during these exercises. Force will prepare everyone from the beginner exerciser to the trained athlete for everyday movements of the body while challenging & building muscle endurance as well as cardiovascular strength. There is limited treadmill use in this format. |
TORCH
TORCH focuses mainly on intense cardio during this high energy workout. Combining treadmill intervals, athletic movements and high impact drills, you will sharpen your focus while improving your endurance. Torch also has a strong element of core strengthening mixed in. |
STRENGTH
STRENGTH is the perfect addition to any fitness routine, beginner or advanced. Each muscle group is targeted in this fast-paced format using a variety of equipment including free weights, TRX, kettle bells, sand bells, battle ropes, sand bags as well as body weight exercises. |
BAGS & BELLS
BAGS & BELLS is designed to both sculpt large & small muscles as well as raise your heart rate for that added cardiovascular benefit. Bags & Bells is guaranteed to challenge your entire body and to be a great stress reliever! Equipment used will include items from the bag & bell categories: "Bags": boxing bag, sandbag, etc "Bells": sandbell, kettlebell, dumbbell, etc *If you have your own boxing gloves, please bring them to class! If not, Hustle will provide a set for you to use. |
FIGHT CLUB
FIGHT CLUB- You know the rules... And the format is just as badass! Kickboxing drills, time on the punching bag, jump rope, TRX... get all the cardio & core you can handle! **If you have your own boxing gloves, please bring them to class! If not, Hustle will provide a set for you to use |
KNOTTY BY NATURE - VINYASA FLOW
Hip Hop is surely not new to Hustle. So it only makes sense to slow down the tracks and stretch out our intense work. Have you ever held Halasana while Biggie rhymes Juicy over the speakers? Vinyasa, "movement driven by breath", connects these two as we sink into poses, hold them a little longer, stretching the entire body. **Please bring your own yoga mat. |

FLY AF will take your yoga practice to new heights with the support of an aerial hammock and a true-to-hustle Fly AF playlist! It’s the perfect compliment to the high intensity Hustle workouts! AERIAL YOGA is a great way to achieve mind-body benefits of a yoga practice while cultivating strength and deepening your stretch. The aerial hammock will be used as a prop for yoga as we practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques. |
